Quebecor to hold Tuesday call for $400 million eight-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Dec. 11 - Quebecor Wold Inc. will host an investor call at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday for its $400 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B2/B+), according to an informed source.

The notes, which will mature in 2015, are expected to price on Wednesday.

Citigroup, Banc of America Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Capital are joint bookrunners for the notes, which are being issued via Rule 144A with no registration rights and via Regulation S.

The notes come with four years of call protection and will have a change-of-control put at 101.

Proceeds will be used to reduce debt and for general corporate purposes.

Quebecor is a Montreal-based printing business.
