By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, July 22 - Quebecor World Inc.'s U.S. Trustee has reappointed the company's official committee of unsecured creditors to reflect the resignation of two members, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Specifically, Stacey Pickett of Catalyst Pulp & Paper Sales Inc. and Dominick J. Merole of Cellmark Paper, Inc. are no longer members of the committee.

The committee is now comprised of Suzanne Macdonald of Wilmington Trust Co., New York; Suzanne Kelly of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., Washington, D.C.; David M. Kerr of the Bank of New York Mellon, New York; Gregory R. Linn of MEGTEC Systems Inc., De Pere, Wis.; and Madeleine Fequiere of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc., Montreal.

The Montreal-based printing and marketing company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 21, 2008 and filed for protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10152.
