CCP Credit Acquisition buys $4.34 million in claims against Quebecor World

Pittsburgh, July 9 - CCP Credit Acquisition Holdings, LLC bought $4.34 million of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.'s claims against Quebecor World (USA) Inc., according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The total $4.34 million claim amount includes a $1.72 million administrative claim and a $2.62 million general unsecured claim.

Quebecor, a Montreal-based printing and marketing company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 21 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and filed for protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10152.
