Quebecor World U.S. Trustee replaces creditors committee member

Pittsburgh, March 7 - Quebecor World Inc.'s U.S. Trustee has replaced one member of the company's official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Stacey Pickett of Catalyst Pulp & Paper Sales Inc., Richmond, B.C., was appointed to replace Steve K. Dunn of International Paper Co.

The rest of the committee is comprised of Suzanne Macdonald of Wilmington Trust Co., New York; Suzanne Kelly of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., Washington, D.C.; David M. Kerr of the Bank of New York Mellon, New York; Gregory R. Linn of MEGTEC Systems Inc., De Pere, Wis.; Madeleine Fequiere of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc., Montreal; and Dominick J. Merole of Cellmark Paper, Inc., Stamford, Conn.

The Montreal-based printing and marketing company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 21 and filed for protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in Canada. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10152.
