Chicago, Sept. 24 – Videotron Ltd. priced a C$800 million issue of senior notes (Ba1/BB+) due Jan. 15, 2030 at par to yield 4½% on Tuesday, according to a news release.
The deal was upsized from C$400 million.
The Montreal-based telecommunications company plans to use the proceeds to repay some of its revolving credit facility and to pay transaction fees and expenses.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
