Chicago, Jan. 19 – Videotron Ltd. sold C$650 million of 3 1/8% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2031 at par, according to a press release on Tuesday.
The offering was launched at C$500 million.
The Montreal-based telecommunications company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, for the repayment of a portion of its outstanding debt.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
