Quebec to price three-year floating-rate notes

Charlotte, N.C., July 14 – The Province of Quebec plans to price series A floating-rate medium-term notes due 2019, according to a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, HSBC Bank plc and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.

Proceeds will be added to the consolidated revenue fund of Quebec and will be used to repay debt.
