Quebec to price benchmark 10-year notes at 47 bps over mid-swaps

Virginia Beach, Oct. 8 – The Province of Quebec is planning to price an offering of 10-year notes at mid-swaps plus 47 basis points, according to a market source.

The notes were talked at the high-40 bps area over mid-swaps.

BofA Merrill Lynch, National Bank and TD Securities are the bookrunners.
