New Issue: Quebec sells C$500 million 4.25% notes due 2021 at 75.5 bps spread

Prospect News, Feb. 3 - The Province of Quebec (Aa2//AA-/DBRS: A) sold C$500 million 4.25% notes due Dec. 1, 2021 at 99.652 to yield 4.29% on Thursday, an informed sources said.
The deal priced at a spread of 75.5 basis points over the Government of Canada benchmark.
National Bank Financial Inc. was the lead manager.
