Quebec files $4 billion shelf registration covering debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 14 - Quebec filed a $4 billion debt securities and warrants shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $4 billion consists of $1.63 billion in previously registered securities, with $2.37 billion of new securities.

Proceeds will be used for general purposes.
