Quebec to sell dollar 10-year global notes on Thursday; talk in SOFR mid-swaps plus 73 bps area

Chicago, Aug. 30 – The Province of Quebec will be in the dollar market on Thursday with a new offering of global notes due Sept. 8, 2033, according to a market source.

Initial price talk on the notes was set in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 73 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Bank of Montreal, HSBC, National Bank and TD Securities are the bookrunners.
