Quebec talks dollar-denominated five-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 33 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., July 15 – The Province of Quebec (Aa1/AA-/AA-) plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of five-year global notes on Thursday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 33 basis points area.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., National Bank of Canada Financial Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.
