Tacoma, Wash., May 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% capped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 25, 2020 linked to the common stock of Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the stock return, subject to a maximum return of 54%.
If the final share price is equal to the initial share price or is less than the initial share price by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
If the final share price is less than the initial share price by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
