New Issue: Barclays sells $945,000 phoenix autocallable notes on three stocks

Columbus, Ohio, June 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $945,000 of phoenix autocallable notes due June 23, 2022 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Bank of America Corp., Qualcomm Inc. and General Motors Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 23% if each stock closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on a related observation date.
The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any observation date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon, unless any stock finishes below 60% of its initial value, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.
