Quaker Fabric disclosure hearing continued to July 11

Portland, Ore., June 27 - Quaker Fabric Corp.'s hearing on the disclosure statement for its plan of liquidation was continued to July 11, according to a source familiar with the case.

The hearing began Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Quaker Fabric, a Fall River, Mass., designer, manufacturer and marketer of woven upholstery fabrics for residential furniture, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 16, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-11146.
