S&P: Quad/Graphics view to stable

S&P said it revised its rating outlook on Quad/Graphics Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed its ratings, including the BB- corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects Quad's better-than-expected operating performance through the first three quarters of 2016 and its reduced debt and capital investment levels, which have allowed it to maintain credit measures that are appropriate for the current rating," S&P credit analyst Minesh Patel said in a news release.
