QR Energy to pay down bank borrowings with $300 million note proceeds

New York, May 14 - QR Energy LP intends to repay debt outstanding under its credit facility using proceeds from a $300 million senior unsecured notes offering, according to a news release.

QR Energy is Houston-based upstream master limited partnership focused on the exploitation of onshore oil and gas fields.
