S&P gives Qatar Petroleum bonds AA-

S&P said it gave AA- long-term foreign-currency ratings to the planned four-tranche, debut, benchmark-size dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds to be issued by Qatar Petroleum.

The rating is the same as the company’s issuer rating.

The outlook is stable.
