Associated Banc announces InterNotes program

New York, Sept. 4 - Associated Banc-Corp announced the launch of its InterNotes program Thursday, according to a 424B3 Securities and Exchange Commission filing and a press release.

Associated plans to issue up to $100 million of the medium-term notes from time to time. They will have maturities of five years or more and will be non-callable.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Incapital LLC are lead agents for the program.

Co-Agents are Robert W. Baird & Co., Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., UBS Investment Bank and Wachovia Capital Markets.

The diversified bank holding company is based in Green Bay, Wis.
