Italy’s Assicurazioni Generali eyes five- and 10-year green notes

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 8 – Assicurazioni Generali SpA expects to price a dual tranche offering of five-year and 10-year green notes, according to a notice.

The five- and 10-year notes are being talked in the mid-swaps plus 80 basis points area and mid-swaps plus 110 bps area, respectively.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, Mediobanca and Societe Generale are the bookrunners.

Generali is a Trieste, Italy-based insurance and asset management provider.
