Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 - AssetCo plc said it raised £7.8 million in a private placement of shares via underwriter Arden Partners.
The company sold 17,333,334 ordinary shares at 45p apiece.
South Ruislip, England-based AssetCo provides support services to the emergency services market.
