New Issue: Nigeria’s Access Bank prices $500 million five-year senior notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 15 – Access Bank plc priced $500 million of five-year fixed-rate senior notes at par, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Absa Bank Ltd., Barclays Bank plc, Standard Chartered Bank, Chapel Hill Denham Advisory Ltd. and Rand Merchant Bank are the managers.

The commercial bank is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
