JPMorgan to price principal-protected notes linked to 15 stocks

Tacoma, Wash., June 19 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% notes Jan. 4, 2018 linked to a basket of 15 common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The equally weighted basket includes Altria Group, Inc., Coca-Cola Co., GlaxoSmithKline plc, International Business Machines Corp., Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods Inc., McDonald's Corp., Merck & Co., Inc., Novartis AG, Proctor & Gamble Co., Roche Holding Ltd., Royal Dutch Shell plc, Total SA, Unilever NV and Vodafone Group plc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 102% of the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

The notes are expected to price June 29 and settle July 5.
