Aspect Software to sell $300 million seven-year notes early May 3 week

St. Louis, April 27 - Aspect Software, Inc. plans to price a $300 million offering of seven-year second-lien notes (expected ratings Caa1/B-) early in the May 3 week, according to an informed source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering. Goldman Sachs & Co. and Moelis & Co. are the co-managers.

The notes come with four years of call protection and a 101% poison put.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the Chelmsford, Mass.-based software and internet technology services firm's existing credit facilities.
