Aspect Communications gets new $100 million revolver

New York, Feb. 19 - Aspect Communications Corp. closed on a new $100 million revolving credit facility. Comerica Bank was the lead bank on the deal and is also the administrative agent. The CIT Group/Business Credit Inc. is the collateral agent.

Also participating in the syndicate are Fleet National Bank, GE Commercial Finance, Key Bank and US Bank, according to a company news release.

The new revolver replaces the company's existing $50 million credit facility, and proceeds from the new loan were used to refinance $39 million in long-term borrowings.

Aspect Communications is a San Jose, Calif., provider of contact center software and services.
