Asmodee gets €65 million of unitranche acquisition financing

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 22 - Asmodee received €65 million of unitranche financing for its acquisition by Eurazeo Capital.

European Capital Ltd. and Tikehau Investment Management arranged the financing.

Of the €65 million, European Capital invested a total of €42.5 million in unitranche bonds and an equity co-investment, according to a news release from European Capital.

Asmodee is a publisher and distributor of games and trading cards based in Guyancourt, France.
