S&P ups Asigna, Compensacion y Liquidacion to BBB

Standard & Poor's said it raised the long-term foreign currency counterparty credit rating on Asigna, Compensacion y Liquidacion to BBB from BBB-.

The short-term foreign currency counterparty credit rating was affirmed at A-3. The outlook is stable. At the same time, the BBB/positive/A-2 local currency counterparty credit ratings were affirmed.

S&P said the long-term foreign currency outlook responds to Asigna's low exposure in foreign currency and the conservative financial safeguards calculations, which protects the clearinghouse from unexpected price movements.
