Prime Focus plans to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 17 - Prime Focus Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue convertibles.

The company presented the proposal at an annual general meeting on Sept. 28.

Securities may include Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts, convertible bonds or any other convertible instrument.

Prime Focus is a Mumbai, India-based provider of integrated end-to-end post production and visual effects services.
