Asian Development Bank mandates banks for dollar five-year notes

New York, Oct. 9 – Asian Development Bank has selected banks to manage an offering of U.S. dollar-denominated five-year notes, according to a market source.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd. and HSBC Bank plc are leading the transaction, which will be launched and priced soon, subject to market conditions.

The development bank is based in Manila.
