Asian Development Bank taps bookrunners for five-year dollar notes

New York, Sept. 5 – The Philippines’ Asian Development Bank has mandated BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Mizuho and TD Securities as the bookrunners for an offering of dollar-denominated five-year notes, according to a syndicate source.

The global offering will be launched and priced soon, subject to market conditions.

Based in Manila, ADB provides financing for projects aimed at reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
