Philippines’ Asian Development Bank to issue benchmark three-, 10-year dollar notes

Atlanta, Jan. 4 – Philippines’ Asian Development Bank is planning to issue benchmark-sized and dollar-denominated notes due in three and 10 years, according to a company announcement.

JPMorgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Nomura International are the bookrunners for the deal.

ADB, based in Manila, focuses on reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific through economic growth, environmentally sustainable growth and regional integration.
