New Issue: Poland's PKO Finance sells $1 billion 4.63% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 285 bps

Atlanta, Sept. 19 - Poland's PKO Finance AB priced a $1 billion issue of 4.63% loan participation notes due Sept. 26, 2022 (A2/A-/) at par to yield 4.63%, or Treasuries plus 285 basis points, a market source said.
JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
PKO Finance is a subsidiary of Warsaw-based Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA.
