New Issue: Kazakhstan's AsiaCredit sells KZT 800 million of 8% bonds due 2020 at 8½% yield

Madison, Wis., Jan. 31 - JSC AsiaCredit Bank said it sold KZT 800 million of 8% bonds due 2020 on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on Friday, raising KZT 801.14 million.

The net price for the 8% bonds was 97.4762, corresponding to a yield to maturity of 8½%.

Active orders were received for KZT 803.1 million. Net prices on submitted orders ranged from 95.0476 to 97.4762, and yields ranged from 8½% to 9%.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank registered to issue KZT 10 billion of the bonds in September and had planned to place KZT 1 billion at Thursday's session. The bank has already placed a total of KZT 5.33 billion of the bonds.
