Texas' Port of Port Arthur Navigation District calls all Motiva environmental facilities bonds

Milwaukee, March 24 - The Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, gave notice that it will redeem all of its outstanding Motiva Enterprises LLC Project environmental facilities revenue bonds, series 2008, refunding subseries 2008A and refunding subseries 2008B, on April 7.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are $50 million of series 2008 bonds due May 1, 2038; $100 million of refunding subseries 2008A bonds due Nov. 1, 2038; and $50 million of refunding subseries 2008B due Nov. 1, 2038.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
