Russia's Polymetal registers 5 billion rubles of three-year bonds

New York, Aug. 21 - JSC Polymetal announced that it registered on Thursday 5 billion rubles of three-year bonds with the Federal Financial Markets Services of Russia.

Each bond will be issued at par of 1,000 rubles.

The Saint Petersburg, Russia-based company said that this will allow it to place the bonds within one year after the date of registration.
