New Issue: Poland's PKO Bank sells €800 million 3.733% notes due 2015 at mid-swaps plus 185 bps

Atlanta, Oct. 14 - Poland's PKO Bank Polski SA priced €800 million 3.733% senior unsecured notes due Oct. 21, 2015 at par to yield mid-swaps plus 185 basis points, a market source said.

HSBC, Societe Generale and PKO were the bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

PKO Bank is a Warsaw-based lender.
