New Issue: Poland’s PKO Bank sells €750 million 5 5/8% notes due 2026 at 99.864

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 25 – Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA (PKO Bank Polski SA) priced €750 million 5 5/8% notes due Feb. 1, 2026 at 99.864, according to a notice on Wednesday.

Societe Generale, as stabilization manager, may exercise an undisclosed over-allotment amount.

PKO Bank Polski offers commercial banking services. It is based in Warsaw.
