Pinnacle buys back $12 million 3.25% convertibles due 2025

Knoxville, Tenn., March 12 - Pinnacle Airlines Corp. repurchased $12 million of its $121 million issued 3.25% senior convertible notes due 2025 in January, according to a 10-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were bought back for about $8.9 million plus interest.

Pinnacle is a Memphis, Tenn.-based operator of a regional airline.
