New Issue: Pinal County Community College, Ariz., prices $58.98 million of bonds

New York, Jan. 20 - The Pinal County Community College of Arizona sold $58,975,000 of series 2012B project general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2) are due 2012 to 2031 with a term bond due in 2036. The serial coupons range from 2% to 4.5%. The 2036 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 97.259.

Proceeds will be used to fund land purchases and the construction of new facilities.
