Quercus sells shares, keeps 5.07% stake in Ascent Solar

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 8 - Investors led by the Quercus Trust sold 783,926 shares of Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. between Feb. 26 and Aug. 6 at prices from $8.28 to $15.54.

Quercus beneficially owns 933,347 shares, or 5.07%, of Ascent Solar, it was reported in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ascent Solar is a Littleton, Colo.-based company that develops thin-film photovoltaic materials.
