PG&E Chapter 11 plan confirmation hearing set to begin on May 27

Pittsburgh, Feb. 6 – PG&E Corp.’s plan of reorganization confirmation hearing will begin on May 27, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

The plan confirmation schedule calls for any further amended plan or disclosure statement to be filed by March 9.

The hearing on approval of the disclosure statement for the plan is scheduled for March 10.

PG&E is an electric and natural gas utility based in San Francisco. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 29, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-30088.
