PG&E to start roadshow Tuesday for $600 million five-year notes via Lehman Brothers

St. Louis, June 20 - PG&E Corp. begins a roadshow Tuesday for $600 million of senior secured notes due 2008, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price on Friday, the source added.

Lehman Brothers is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A offering. Co-managers are expected to emerge.

Proceeds will be used to refinance a credit facility.

The prospective issuer is a San Francisco-based energy company.
