Aryaman Financial may issue up to Rs. 110 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 - Aryaman Financial Services Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on plans to raise up to Rs. 110 million by issuing convertible securities at a board of directors meeting on July 18.

Mumbai, India-based Aryaman is a financial services provider.
