Penske repays $10 million of debt

New York, Feb. 17 - Penske Automotive Group Inc. paid down $10 million of debt, according to a news release.

As of the end of 2008, the company had cash and availability under its long-term credit agreements of about $330 million.

Penske is a Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based automotive retailer.
