Chicago, July 5 - Artha Resources Corp. said it plans to raise C$1,300,250 in a non-brokered private placement of units.
The company plans to issue up to 3,715,000 units at C$0.35 each, with units consisting of one share and one warrant. Warrants are exercisable at C$0.65 per share for two years.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development, and for general corporate purposes.
Artha is a capital pool company based in Vancouver, B.C.
