Parmalat USA judge extends committee's investigation of Citibank

Washington, Oct. 12 - Parmalat USA Corp.'s creditors' committee will now have until Nov. 15 to investigate Citibank NA, according to an order filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday.

Citibank was a pre-petition lender to Parmalat.

The previous extension ends Friday.

Parmalat filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 24, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-11139.
