Moody's: Parker Drilling unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said it considers Parker Drilling Co.'s (B1/stable) announcement that it is delaying the construction and delivery of Rigs 272 and 273 to its customer BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc. as modestly negative and will not impact its ratings.
