PA Resources looks to divest North Sea portfolio assets to Petrogas

Bethlehem, Pa., Feb. 9 – PA Resources AB announced Monday that it signed an agreement to divest its portfolio consisting of North Sea assets to Petrogas E&P, according to a news release.

The release also said the sale is comprised of the company’s 24% interest in license 12/06 in Denmark, which holds Broder Tuck and Lille John discoveries, as well as its exploration licenses in the United Kingdom, Germany and Netherlands.

The company said it expects the sale to close during the first quarter of 2016.

PA Resources is an oil and gas company based in Stockholm.
