Arte Grafico Editorial Argentino starts new subscription period for Ps. 300 million floating-rate notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 11 - Arte Grafico Editorial Argentino SA will begin a new subscription period to buy its Ps. 300 million series D floating-rate notes due Dec. 15, 2011 under its $450 million global notes program, according to a company news release.

The new subscription period will begin Thursday and will expire on Jan. 18.

The notes will be sold at par, with a minimum subscription amount of Ps. 10,000.

The notes will be peso denominated, but foreign investors can subscribe in dollars.

The placement agent is JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, Sucursal Buenos Aires, and Banco de Valores SA is the sub-placement agent.

On Dec. 20, the company's board of directors suspended the previous subscription period.

Arte Grafico is a Buenos Aires audiovisual and editorial company.
