Arte Grafico to buy back $14 million series B bonds

Pittsburgh, Feb. 7 - Arte Grafico Editorial Argentino SA said the company's director approved a public offer to buy back up to $14 million of its $92,371,600.51 series B bonds due 2011 at a price of $875 per $1,000 principal amount.
The offer will run from 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 8 until 5 p.m. ET on March 9.
The Bank of New York is dealer, co-registration agent and principal payment agent and Banco Rio de la Plata SA is registration agent and payment agent.
